We need experienced candidates for the vacancy of Customer service executive in Dubai.
Industry: Retail Apparel & Fashion
• Resolve customer issues, returns and work as per the company policies.
• Providing customer service through all channels such as phone, chat and email.
• Demonstrate performance promoting standards of ethical and professional conduct.
• Working on shift schedules and, if necessary, non-normal hours in shift format
Qualifications and Required Skills:
• Three years of customer service experience or equivalent.
• Aptitude for issue handling, real-time problem solving.
• Excellent real-time problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills, along with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Ability to speak clearly and accurately with customers.
• Good understanding of e-commerce, logistics and order life cycle a plus.
