- Key Responsibilities:**
- Protects organizations value by keeping information confidential and accurate at all time.
- Prepares source data for entry by opening and sorting mail; verifying accuracy and logging receipt of data; obtaining missing data and sort information according to priorities to prepare data source.
- Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Records data by operating data entry equipment; coding information; resolving processing problems.
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check the output.
- To update and maintain information on our company databases and computer systems.
- Scan documents, print files, upload documents.
- Obtain further information for incomplete details and/or documents.
- Ensure proper use of office equipment and address/escalate malfunctions
- Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.
- Key Requirements:**
- Basic Education.
- Candidate With data entry experience as Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk.
- Data Entry Skills, Typing, Confidentiality, Thoroughness, Independence, Documentation Skills, Problem Solving, Analyzing Information, Dependability, Results Driven.
- Organization skills with the ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.
- Typing speed and accuracy.
- Experience in MS Office.
- Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
