- Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and manage training and development needs for employees.
- Plan and conduct new employee orientation.
- Administer HR policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures.
- Support annual salary review.
- Handle employee complaints, grievances and disputes.
- Review and update employee rules and regulations.
- Administer employee discipline processes.
- Plan and manage recruitment and selection of staff.
- Implement and monitor performance management system.
- Maintain the human resource information system and employee database.
- Key Requirements:**
- Candidate for Human Resource must have relevant qualifications for this role.
- The ideal applicant should have at least four years of experience within the same field
