SUPPORT AGENT - ORDERS & REGISTRATION (F / M / X)
Berlin. Full-time. As soon as possible.
At Native Instruments we build the future of music. Our portfolio of software and hardware products is an essential part of professional setups for music production and performance worldwide.
You have a strong interest in the world of electronic music production and a service-oriented attitude. As a Support Agent (f / m / x) you are a professional contact person for our international customers (B2C). With your order, you contribute to the orderly process as well as our order and inventory control system (ERP), ensuring same-day delivery of the products from the fulfillment center. You have a reliable and structured working style, which makes you an ideal partner for colleagues and customers alike.
WHAT YOULL DO
Handle customer inquiries (webshop, artist, press, etc.) through our support channels (order, registration, and presales) via email and chat (partially via phone)
Provide order administration and registration support on any issue related to general product information, order processing, purchases, payments, returns, complaints, repair orders, product activation, licensing or the like
Organize and process incoming customer and webshop orders, using the ERP system to control and enter data and hand over orders to our fulfillment centers
Work closely with other departments: Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Online Marketing, and other Support lines
Report to our Head of Order and Registration Support
Utilize your strong interest in internet related topics and technical issues.
WHAT YOULL BRING
You are an excellent communicator: written & verbal
Excellent English skills, any other language is a plus
You are a team player and driven by a strong service and customer orientation
Experience in and at aptitude for excellent customer service
You have good writing skills in quality and speed
Good knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle EBS is a plus)
You are comfortable working with MS Office and Google Apps
You are familiar with the industry
